SYAC Travel Softball teams are wrapping up a terrific summer season. Syosset has four travel teams in the Glen Cove Mayor's Trophy, with a cumulative 11-12 record with one game to go.

The Syosset Thunder dropped their last game to Commack on August 12 to finish 4-2 in the U12 B division. Playing in the U14 division was the Syosset Xtreme, which has one more game to be played. The Syosset Storm finished 4-2 in the U10 A division, while the Syosset Hurricanes went 3-3 in the U10B.

Syosset Travel will field five teams this fall, competing in both the North Bellmore/North Merrick League and the softball division of the National Junior Baseball League.
