The Roslyn Little League needs student umpires for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings and weekends.

The season begins on April 1 and lasts until mid-June. All candidates, whether experienced or not, must register by March 19 and must attend one of two identical training sessions conducted by the American Federation of Umpires.

The sessions are being held at the East Hills School on Saturday, March 18, and Sunday, March 19, from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. (rain or shine). All candidates must be at least 13 years old by July 31, 2006. The pay is $25 minimum per game.
