Erica Crane, an exceptional young lady, had earned the highest GPA in her class for her four years at Roslyn High School. The significance of this achievement is underscored by the fact that she had taken the most rigorous course load possible.
She has, in addition, achieved very high scores on her SAT I, SAT II and AP exams. A member of the National Honor Society, she has also been named an AP scholar as well as a Commended National Merit Scholar.
Erica's achievements go way beyond academics. Her contributions to clubs, school publications and community service have always been exemplary. She is deeply committed to helping others and has volunteered to tutor youngsters, to help in soup kitchens and to donate many hours to a cause of special meaning to her, the Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer Run.
Erica's intellect, sensitivity, commitment and character are outstanding and she will undoubtedly achieve great success in her future endeavors. She will attend the University of Pennsylvania in the fall.
Jillian Liberman's most recent designation of salutatorian is a testament to her stellar academic record. She has earned the second highest grade point average in our competitive high school while enrolled in our most rigorous curriculum, and has earned top scores on her SAT, SAT II and AP tests.
Co-president, founder, chairman, editor and secretary are just a few of the titles she has held at Roslyn High School. A National Honor Society inductee, Jillian has been involved in numerous clubs, athletic teams and work experiences. She also devoted time as a class scribe to students with special needs. Her volunteer efforts include supervising terminally ill children at a summer camp and co-founding Junior Scope, a club that aims to raise funds for Schneider's Children Hospital. This popular club will be a lasting reminder of her dedication to our school.
In the fall, Jillian will be attending the University of Pennsylvania, where she will undoubtedly meet with tremendous success.
