In response to Mr. Horowitz's letter to The Roslyn News on July 10, we should like to add, that United Civics of East Hills and Roslyn Heights Civic Association are intimately involved in the present initiative to abate the sewer tax in n East Hills and Roslyn Heights. To this effect, Nassau County Legislator Craig Johnson has been the architect of this effort, resulting in many hundreds of letters by Canterbury, Fairfield Park, Norgate, and Red Ground Civic Associations' homeowners, joined also by the Roslyn Heights Civic Association, and sent to Senator Michael Balboni and Assemblyman Thomas DiNapoli, urging legislation on our behalf.

Hilda Yohalem,

President, Norgate Civic Association
