The Schreiber High School Class of 2008 streamed onto the high school athletic field on an overcast and humid June 27. However, the shine from these youngsters made up for the lack of sun that day.

Manhasset Bay Kayak Run to Be Held on Aug. 2
The Community Chest of Port Washington and the Town of North Hempstead invites all to participate in the fourth annual Manhasset Bay Kayak Run, to be held on Aug. 2, starting at 9 a.m., starting at the Town Dock.

The Port Washington Twin Pines Kayaking Club will be hold its monthly meeting on Tuesday, July 15 at 6:30 p.m. at the Town Dock. Bring your kayaks but rentals are available (call Ken Fink 635-0996).
