After a very long dialogue between the board, the teachers, the students and the audience and the presentation of petitions signed by more than 500 students at the high school to retain the Media and Modern Literature, as an elective, the board voted to accept the proposed English Department New Elective Program, at the last Herricks School Board meeting.
