In the normal course of his duties, Hicksville Letter Carrier John Flynn delivered two parcels to a customer on Jerome Avenue on Monday, Oct. 6. Later that day, Flynn noticed that the parcels had disappeared from the customer's home. Aware that the customer worked during the day, Flynn knocked on the door to see if anyone was home.
